Teaching at the University of Nottingham

Pleased to say that since October 2017 I’ve been working as a trumpet teacher at Nottingham University. The facilities, which are an amazing legacy of my father, Prof. Robert Pascall who was Head of Department here until 1998, are fantastic and easily comparable to the best music colleges in the country. The department has a fine reputation for performance and its been wonderful to be involved in much of the musical output, from individual lessons to working with small ensembles and the Big Band. Two students I have been working their with, Sam Norris and Adam Merrell, are now going on to study at The Royal Academy and Trinity respectively – good luck chaps!
